जाके बल से गिरिवर काँपै। रोग दोष जाके निकट न झाँपै।।

अंजनि पुत्र महा बलदाई। संतन के प्रभु सदा सहाई।।

दे बीरा रघुनाथ पठाए। लंका जारि सिया सुधि लाए।।

लंका सो कोट समुद्र सी खाई। जात पवनसुत बार न लाई।।

लंका जारि असुर संहारे। सियाराम के काज सँवारे।।

लक्ष्मण मूर्छित पड़े सकारे। आनि सजीवन प्रान उबारे।।

पैठि पताल तोड़ि जम-कारे। अहिरावण की भुजा उखारे।।

बाएँ भुजा असुर दल मारे। दाहिने भुजा संत जन तारे।।

सुर नर मुनि आरती उतारें। जय जय जय हनुमान उचारें।।

कंचन थाल कपूर की बाती। आरति करत अंजना माई।।

जो हनुमान जी की आरती गावै। बसि बैकुंठ परम पद पावै।।
Meaning & Translation
Verse 1
Perform the Aarti of Lord Hanuman, the beloved son. The destroyer of evil, an embodiment of Lord Rama's divine power.
Verse 2
By whose strength even mountains tremble. No disease or fault dares to approach him.
Verse 3
Son of Anjani, greatly powerful. He is always the helper of saints and devotees.
Verse 4
He was sent by Lord Rama as a brave warrior. He burnt Lanka and brought news of Sita.
Verse 5
Lanka had a strong fort and a sea-like moat. The son of the wind (Hanuman) crossed it without delay.
Verse 6
He burnt Lanka, destroyed demons. He accomplished the tasks of Sita and Rama.
Verse 7
When Lakshman fell unconscious in the morning. He brought the Sanjeevani herb and saved his life.
Verse 8
He entered the netherworld, broke the doors of death. He uprooted the arms of Ahiravan.
Verse 9
With his left arm, he destroyed armies of demons. With his right arm, he rescued devotees.
Verse 10
Gods, humans, and sages perform his Aarti. They chant 'Victory, Victory, Victory to Hanuman!'
Verse 11
With a golden plate and camphor lamp. Mother Anjana performs the Aarti.
Verse 12
Whoever sings this Aarti of Hanuman Ji. Resides in Vaikuntha and attains the supreme abode.
