Cleaning the mirror of my mind with the dust of my Guru's lotus feet, I narrate the pure glory of Lord Rama, which bestows the four fruits of life (Dharma, Artha, Kama, Moksha).

Knowing this body to be devoid of intelligence, I meditate upon you, O Son of the Wind (Hanuman). Grant me strength, wisdom, and knowledge, and remove all my afflictions and impurities.
Verse 1
Victory to Hanuman, ocean of wisdom and virtues. Victory to the Lord of Monkeys, who illuminates the three worlds.
Verse 2
Messenger of Rama, abode of incomparable strength. Son of Anjana, known as Son of the Wind.
Verse 3
Great hero, valiant one with a body like a thunderbolt. Remover of evil thoughts, companion of good sense.
Verse 4
Of golden complexion, adorned in beautiful attire. With earrings in his ears and curly hair.
Verse 5
In his hands, a mace (Vajra) and a flag are seen. A sacred thread (Janeu) made of Munja grass adorns his shoulder.
Verse 6
Incarnation of Lord Shiva, delight of Kesari. Your valor and glory are revered throughout the world.

You are learned, virtuous, and exceedingly clever. Ever eager to perform Lord Rama's tasks.
Verse 8
You delight in listening to the glories of the Lord. Rama, Lakshmana, and Sita reside in your heart.
Verse 9
Assuming a tiny form, you appeared before Sita. Assuming a terrifying form, you burnt Lanka.
Verse 10
Assuming a colossal form, you destroyed the demons. Thus, you accomplished Lord Rama's objectives.
Verse 11
You brought Lakshmana back to life, to Rama's joyous embrace. Your great deeds, O Lord, are countless.
Verse 12
You brought the Sanjivani herb and revived Lakshmana. Lord Rama joyfully embraced you to His heart.
Verse 13
Lord Rama praised you greatly, saying, 'You are as dear to me as my brother Bharata.'
Verse 14
Thousands of mouths sing your praises. Saying this, Lord Rama embraced you.
Verse 15
Sages like Sanaka, Brahma, and other great ascetics. Narada, Saraswati, along with the king of serpents (Sheshnag).
Verse 16
Yama, Kubera, and the guardians of the directions. Poets and scholars cannot describe your glory fully.
Verse 17
You did a great favor to Sugriva. You united him with Rama and got him his kingdom back.
Verse 18
Vibhishana heeded your advice. He became the king of Lanka, as the whole world knows.
Verse 19
The sun, which is thousands of miles away. You swallowed it, mistaking it for a sweet fruit.
Verse 20
Carrying Lord Rama's ring in your mouth. You leapt across the ocean, which is no wonder.
Verse 21
All the difficult tasks in the world. Become easy with your grace.
Verse 22
You are the guardian at Rama's door. No one can enter without your permission.
Verse 23
All joys are found by taking refuge in you. With you as protector, there is no fear.

You alone can control your immense power. The three worlds tremble at your roar.

Ghosts and evil spirits dare not come near. When the name of Mahabir is uttered.
