नारायणेन कथितं पुरा ब्रह्मणे धीमता ।यत्स्मृतं श्रुतं वापि सर्वकार्यप्रसाधकम् ॥3॥

गणेशः पातु मां पूर्वे दक्षिणे सिद्धिदायकः ।नैरृत्यां मे गणाधीशो वारुण्यां विघ्ननाशनः ॥4॥

वायव्यां पातु वक्रतुण्डो ह्युत्तरे गणनायकः ।ऐशान्यां पातु हेरम्ब उपरि लम्बोदरस्तथा ॥5॥

अधः पातु महाकायो मध्ये विघ्नेश्वरस्तथा ।आग्रे पातु सदाबुद्धिः पृष्ठे विघ्नहरी मम ॥6॥

पार्श्वयोः पातु मां देवो मुखे लक्ष्मीविनायकः ।सर्वाङ्गे पातु सततं वैनायकी महाद्युतिः ॥7॥

धनप्रदो गणपत्तिस्तथा पातु महाबलः ।रात्रौ सन्ध्यासु सततमुषसि प्रत्यूषके तथा ॥8॥

सर्वकार्येषु सर्वत्र मां पातु मङ्गलाधिपः ।एतत्कवचं पुण्यं सर्वपापहरं परम् ॥9॥

यः पठेच्छृणुयान्नित्यं गणराजस्य भक्तितः ।न भयं जायते तस्य यतो गणेशस्तत्रगः ॥10॥

Om, Salutations to Lord Ganesha.

Narada said:
Verse 3
Remembering Shri Ganesha's Kavach, I now proclaim it, the bestower of sons, all accomplishments, and the destroyer of all obstacles.
Verse 4
Bowing my head to the Lord, Gauri's son, Vinayaka, this primal Kavach of the Lord is invincible even to the enemies of the gods.
Verse 5
It was formerly told by the wise Narayana to Brahma, by remembering or hearing which, all tasks are accomplished.
Verse 6
May Ganesha protect me in the East, and the bestower of Siddhi (accomplishments) in the South. May Gana-adhisha protect me in the Southwest, and the destroyer of obstacles in the West.
Verse 7
May Vakratunda protect me in the Northwest, and Gananayaka in the North. May Heramba protect me in the Northeast, and Lambodara above.
Verse 8
May Mahakaya protect me below, and Vighneshvara in the middle. May Sadabuddhi protect me in front, and Vighnahari behind me.
Verse 9
May the Lord protect me on my sides, and Lakshmivinayaka in my mouth. May Vainayaki, the great radiant one, always protect all my limbs.
Verse 10
May Ganapati, the bestower of wealth, and the mighty one, protect me. Always during night, twilight, dawn, and early morning.
Verse 11
May Mangaladhipa (Lord of auspiciousness) protect me in all tasks, everywhere. This sacred Kavach is supreme, removing all sins.
Verse 12
Whoever daily reads or hears this Kavach of Ganesha, the king of Ganas, with devotion, no fear arises for him, for Ganesha is present there.
