उदरं रक्षतु श्रीशः कटिं रक्षतु कूष्मण्डहा ।

ऊरू रक्षतु सर्वेशो जङ्घे विघ्नेश एव च ।

पादौ रक्षतु सर्वात्मा सर्वाङ्गेषु सदाशिवः ।

अन्येषु सर्वगात्रेषु गणेशः पातु मां सदा ।

Verse 1
Om, may Ganesha protect me from the East, may Ganesha protect me from the West.
Verse 2
From the North and South, and from all sides, may Ganesha protect me.

May the Lord of all (Ganesha) protect me, may Ganesha always protect me.

May Ganesha protect the region of my head, and likewise the region of my face.

May Ganesha protect my entire body, may Ganesha always protect me.

May Heramba protect my forehead, may Siddhi-da (giver of success) protect my ears.
