Salutations to you, O Chandi, O Chande! O Tarini, O Varavarnini!

O Katyayani, O Mahadevi, O Karali, O Vijaya, O Jaya!
You who bear the peacock-feathered banner, adorned with various ornaments!

You who strike with a trident, who hold a sword and shield!
O Gograha, O Gomahamegha, Salutations to you, O Narayani!

You who are adorned with matted locks, with ornaments on your forehead!
