નવમં ફાલચન્દ્રં ચ દશમં તુ વિનાયકમ્ । એકાદશં ગણપતિં દ્વાદશં તુ ગજાનનમ્ ॥૪॥

દ્વાદશૈતાનિ નામાનિ ત્રિસન્ધ્યં યઃ પઠેન્નરઃ । ન ચ વિઘ્નભયં તસ્ય સર્વસિદ્ધિકરં પરમ્ ॥૫॥

વિદ્યાર્થી લભતે વિદ્યાં ધનાર્થી લભતે ધનમ્ । પુત્રાર્થી લભતે પુત્રાન્ મોક્ષાર્થી લભતે ગતિમ્ ॥૬॥

જપેદ્ ગણપતિ સ્તોત્રં ષડ્ભિર્માસૈઃ ફલં લભેત્ । સંવત્સરેણ સિદ્ધિં ચ લભતે નાત્ર સંશયઃ ॥૭॥

અષ્ટભ્યો બ્રાહ્મણેભ્યશ્ચ લિખિત્વા યઃ સમર્પયેત્ । તસ્ય વિદ્યા ભવેત્ સર્વા ગણેશસ્ય પ્રસાદતઃ ॥૮॥

Bowing down to Lord Ganesha, the son of Gauri, the abode of devotees, one should remember Him daily for the fulfillment of wishes regarding longevity, desire, and wealth.
Verse 2
First, Vakratunda (curved trunk), second, Ekadanta (one tusked), third, Krishnapingaksha (dark-eyed), fourth, Gajavaktra (elephant-faced).
Verse 3
Fifth, Lambodara (pot-bellied), and sixth, Vikata (huge), seventh, Vighnarajendra (king of obstacles), and eighth, Dhumravarna (smoke-colored).
Verse 4
Ninth, Phalachandra (moon-crested), and tenth, Vinayaka, eleventh, Ganapati, and twelfth, Gajanana (elephant-faced).
Verse 5
The person who recites these twelve names at dawn, noon, and dusk, will never face fear of obstacles; it grants supreme success.
