Meaning & Translation
Verse 1
Perform the Aarti of Lord Hanuman, the beloved son, the destroyer of evil, the embodiment of Lord Rama's artistry/power.
Verse 2
By His strength, even mighty mountains tremble; no disease or fault can approach Him.
Verse 3
Son of Anjani, the giver of immense strength, Lord, always a helper of saints.
Verse 4
Lord Rama entrusted Him with the task; He burnt Lanka and brought back Sita, the daughter of Videha.
Verse 5
Lanka was like a fort with a moat like the ocean; the son of the wind (Hanuman) crossed it in no time.
Verse 6
He burnt Lanka, annihilated the demons, and accomplished the work of Lord Rama and Sita.
Verse 7
When Lakshmana fell unconscious, He brought the Sanjeevani herb and saved his life.
Verse 8
He entered Patal Lok, broke the doors of death, and tore off the arms of Ahiravana.

With His left arm, He annihilated the demon army; with His right arm, He protects the saints.
