Keep a fast (Vrat) on Tuesdays, abstaining from salt and consuming fruits, milk, or sattvic food once in the evening after puja. Conclude the puja by distributing prasad.
What is the Hanuman Mantra?
There are several powerful Hanuman Mantras. The most popular and effective is the 'Om Han Hanumate Namo Namah' or 'Om Hum Hanumate Rudratmakaya Hum Phat'. During Hanuman Vrat, devotees generally observe a partial or full fast. If observing a partial fast, one can consume fruits, milk, nuts, and sattvic foods like potatoes, sweet potatoes, and pure vegetarian meals without onion, garlic, or salt.
